Sunday Morning “Dive”
*On Sunday mornings in the fall we will study the book of Acts.
Wednesday Night “Quest” 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM
*On Wednesday nights our Bible study will take the form of small discipleship
groups. This year each small group will be working through study guides with
their leaders. This studies are entitled as follows: “The Walk”, “The Life”, “The
Disciple”, and “The Faith”. We want to use these to equip ourselves for the live
we’ve been called to in Christ Jesus.
Lunch In
This is our high school lunch fellowship that normally occurs on the first
Sunday of the month unless otherwise noted. We meet immediately after
2nd service in the B Building.
Cost: $2.00
See You at the Pole 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm
Our students are encouraged to pray with other believers at their school
flagpole on the morning of September 23. That night we will have a rally at
church at 6:30 to eat pizza & then a time of sharing in the sanctuary. We
will end at 8:30.
Chili Cook Off & Farkel Game Night
We’re going to find out who in our high school group can make the best
Chili & then we’re going to let it settle as we play some Farkel. This event
will be at Galaxy Farms in Heath & we’ll provide directions later. This will
be on October 24 with a start time of 6:30 pm.
Harvest Festival
Our annual harvest festival will actually be on Halloween this year. As always
we can use help from our students so watch for signups.
Fall Retreat
Our dates for Fall Retreat this year are November 13 – 15 at the awesome Camp
Hoblitzelle. The cost for the retreat is $75.00. We will leave on Friday at 7:00pm
and return on Sunday around 2:00 – 2:30 pm.
Holiday in the Park
TBA for December.
Christmas Party
Our party will be held at the church on Wednesday, December 16.
**There may be other events that come up and will be announced through the
Hilltopper and bulletin.
