Lake Ridge Bible Church offers many ministries for children. Our nursery provides a secure and caring place for infants and toddlers while their parents attend church. Our Sunday school classes, Kid’s Own Worship service, AWANA, and Vactation Bible School all help children develop a relationship with Christ and experience the Bible through exciting activities and lessons. Lake Ridge Academy is a mid-week ministry which offers preschool, kindergarten and Parent’s Day Out.

Our nursery is staffed with caring adults who provide a safe and secure place for your child while you attend worship service and Sunday School.
Sunday School Classes
Your child will enjoy experiencing the bible in one of our Sunday School classes! Our Sunday school teachers use the Hands On Bible curriculum which combines music, games and crafts with the truth of God’s word to provide children an exciting opportunity to learn and grow in their faith.

AWANA
AWANA is fun! That’s what gets kids there and that’s what keeps them coming back. And while they’re having fun, they’re learning and growing. Awana club meetings are jam-packed with life-changing experiences. The clubs are run by trained leaders with a love for the Lord Jesus Christ and a desire to help young people. The club materials are filled with verses from the Bible and guidelines to help kids memorize and understand them.

Lake Ridge Academy is a weekday ministry of Lake Ridge Bible Church for children 12 MONTHS OLD THROUGH KINDERGARTEN. We strive to create a safe, nurturing environment where your child will experience love and acceptance in a Christ-centered atmosphere. Our goal is to promote the cognitive, spiritual, physical, social and emotional development of children. Some of the ways we accomplish this are by teaching age-appropriate academic and biblical curriculum, demonstrating loving relationships, providing hands-on learning centers, allowing for fun and creative play time, making music and singing together, and creating new adventures for your child to explore!
