Retreat: an act of withdrawing from enemy territory (from what is difficult, dangerious, disagreeable) to a place of privacy and protection for the purpose of strategy (study, instruction, rest, revitalization) that you may re-enter the battle refreshed, restored, and remain to accomplish your design purpose.

Prayer: Ephesians 6: 10-17 for all of the soldiers and their families. Add to verse 18 that our partnership will remain strong and faithful. Pray for us verses 19 and 20: as with Paul, “we” are in a coupling chain linked to you and to those who serve around the world.
